As we step into yet another year with hopefulness for what is to come it, we set our resolutions and intentions but how often do we abandon those dreams and never live them out?

 

This workshop will take a brief look back at the year we leave behind to gather insight and perspective so that we can step into the possibilities that are ready to be lived out by YOU! With the tools of meditation, writing, and asana, we will go deep into our practice to witness our own desires and discover what has held us back up to this point. From there, we will design our own outline to step into the story each of us is ready to live.

Learn the tools to let go of the unnecessary so that the necessary can speak. as you learn how to simplify your life , you will receive what you want and deserve.

Phoebe will teach a 2 hour workshop that will include a yoga practice, stories, and quotes. THROUGH THE PHYSICAL PRACTICE, YOU WILL BE INVITED TO OBSERVE YOUR PATTERNS WITHIN THE PRACTICE AND ASK YOURSELF IF THEY ARE NECESSARY AND then allow yourself TO RELEASE THEM, IN ORDER TO OPEN UP TO WHAT YOU WANT MOST IN LIFE. THIS WORKSHOP REQUIRES THE DESIRE TO LOOK DEEPLY INTO YOUR INNER WORLD YET STILL BE PLAYFUL AND LOVING TO YOURSELF.

Whether you are looking to transition simply into a new season or a new life, this workshop is designed to give you the tools to move through any transition with strength and grace.

As Phoebe guides you through asana, you will be given the opportunity to discover how you practice on the mat can easily be translated into how you move through your life.

First, you will focus on getting physically grounded to observe where you are presently. From this place, you will be able to see more clearly what you want in moving forward. This will allow you to mindfully be open to the experiences that present themselves that are best suited for your intended path that awaits you and will give you strength in taking chances to conquer fears that may normally hold you back.

The retreat/workshop will include a physical practice (Asana), Pranayama, and a meditation.
